Shipping policy

1. Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, we will inspect, pack and arrange delivery within 1-3 business days. Our staff packs orders in-house and ships directly via international logistics without middlemen.
2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics peak periods or local postal issues beyond our control.
3. Customs Duties
Buyers are liable for any import duties, VAT and customs fees imposed by local customs. We will submit truthful customs declarations.
4. Shipping Limitations
We do not deliver to PO boxes, military areas or embargoed regions. Incorrect buyer addresses lead to delivery failures, and related reshipping fees shall be borne by buyers.
